oh yah forgot to say i ate lots of shilin chicken there

relaxed and joyous
shouted names of pairs out,thai coach seems to undertand..haha
but think my left ankle injury came back
adding on to it,pain on right thigh
the higher joint is killing me
walk halfway feel like electric,almost fell down
arh,but some sense of achievement
huh!pain again leh!
finally got back to church..quite happy
abit excited?haha:D
i shall stay joyful and jubilant everyday:D
